Dj G3N3R4L has had the privilege to warm the decks up and open for some of the biggest names in the breakbeat world and he can be found spinning his unique flavor of funk and electro infused breaks from Whistler to Victoria, and Nelson to Seattle.

“My musical style ranges from upbeat, stompy, party breaks to downright filthy, dark, nu skool and electro breaks. I always try to fit in as much funk as I can, you can never have enough funk! A slap bass guitar and funky bassline are definite ways to my heart. I'm a big fan of old school samples blended with nu skool beats and the right remix of a track we all know and love can really set off a mix. Track selection plays a big part of what I try and concentrate on when I'm behind the decks. If the tracks don't flow right together, you can't feel the momentum or energy from in the crowd.”back
